First two weeks of our 8 Week Mindfulness Course.

Well done for all your home practice in week 1. Keep it up for this week and add the 10 mins breathing exercise at a different time. Pick a different mindful activity for the week and complete you Pleasant Experiences Calendar one entry for each day. Keep recording all you practices on the sheets or in your own journal. Let go of any ideas of success,failure,trying and just try and let it happen. Just do it with a attitude of openness and curiosity, then allow the rest to take care of itself.

Welcome everyone to the 8 week mindfulness course. I hope you all enjoy this journey. Please feel free to blog your experience with the Guided Body Scan, the Mindful Activity and your Mindful Meal as you go about your week. You can write about your experience without giving your name if you wish. Your blog will helpful to the rest of the group.
