Jon Kabat Zinn Mindfulness lecture on 28th March

I thought you might be interested to know that Jon Kabat Zinn - regarded as the father of mindfulness - is giving a talk in London on 28th March organised by Action for Happiness. Week 4 of the Mindfulness Course

I am finding the breathing space exercise very helpful although I still have to remind myself what I should be doing by checking my handouts each day. I am also doing the 21 day Meditation Challenge with Opra and Deepak. It's very calming. Enjoying the course and looking forward to week 5. Thanks Debs. Sian x

i'm lost -never felt so ill not been off work on sick leave for years -not a good advert -but i am trying to do every bit of homework -maybe trying too hard. I can't.. find the spaces between the thoughts, I forget to do the breathing (probably thinking too fast!) when it would have been helpful. Ah well,'It is what it is' so I will carry on.
