Week three of our 8 Week Mindfulness Course

Mindful Movement allows us to build on the foundations of the body scan in learning how we can bring awareness to and inhabit bodily experience or sensations and work with physical boundaries and intensity and learn acceptance of our limits. It also helps us to take care of ourselves.
Homework for week 3
Guided body scan for a least 3 days
Mindful movement for the other 3 days or continue with guided body scan. Check out the mindful movement on www.guilford.com/MBCT_audio. You can use mindful walking as we did in our practice today
Mindfulness of breathing and Mindfulness of breath and body meditations from your CD
Fill in your Unpleasant experience diary, one for each day
